✈ Overview

The course examines the skills needed to apply management principles and techniques in today's competitive airline industry. Students will receive an overview of the air transportation industry and its importance in the twenty-first century and learn how a deregulated environment has changed the administrative and operational implementation of marketing, planning, pricing, and decision-making. Further topics include fiscal, human, and aircraft resources and their strategic allocation for maximum effectiveness in benefiting the customer, the airline, and airline stakeholders.
